WellBooked is a restaurant technology platform. We are building a consumer discovery and booking experience for launch. Already, partner restaurants can run their own guest-facing website powered by WellBooked, which they manage for their guests.

You can follow through to individual restaurants that have subscribed and published a WellBooked-powered site. You can perform bookings through those restaurant websites.

Not yet. The marketplace-style discovery and booking flow in the main consumer application is still before launch. Until then, use the Coming soon page and linked partner sites to find restaurants that are already live on the platform.

Booking through the main WellBooked consumer experience is not available until we launch. If a restaurant has a published WellBooked-powered website, open that site and and make a reservation for those restaurants that accept online reservations.

On our Coming soon page we highlight restaurants that have subscribed and built their guest-facing site with WellBooked. You can open each venue from there. We do not yet offer the full map and search experience that will come with the consumer launch.

Browsing our marketing and Coming soon content does not require an account. Partner restaurant sites may ask you to sign in or share details for bookings according to how that restaurant configured their site. However, a central WellBooked guest account provides you access to all our partner restaurant sites.

They may not be a WellBooked partner yet, may not have published the restaurant site. After we launch the consumer app, broader discovery and search will make it easier to find participating venues in one place.

Those features belong to the consumer application we are preparing. They are not part of the pre-launch public site. However, use the restaurant’s own site for looking at saved reservations using the WellBooked account.

The restaurant operates its own WellBooked-powered site, including menus, hours, and booking rules. Contact them first using the details on their site. You can still write to WellBooked support if you believe there is a platform issue we should know about.

Use the contact form on this page or email support@wellbooked.app. Tell us what you were trying to do and, if relevant, which restaurant page you came from.

Visit WellBooked Manager site, or contact us through this page and we will route your enquiry to the right team.

We will share timing on our website.
