By accessing or using the WellBooked consumer application, website, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the WellBooked consumer experience.
WellBooked provides a digital platform that allows users to discover restaurants, bars, cafés, and other hospitality venues, view venue information, and in some cases request or complete table reservations and related guest interactions. WellBooked acts as a technology platform and does not itself own, operate, or manage the venues listed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You may need to create or use a WellBooked account to access certain features of the platform, including making reservations, managing bookings, or interacting with venue-specific guest experiences. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
WellBooked aims to present venue information as accurately as possible, including opening hours, menus, images, reservation availability, offers, and other business details. However, this information is provided by venues or generated through platform workflows and may change over time. WellBooked does not guarantee that all venue information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
The WellBooked platform may allow you to make a reservation, submit a booking request, or interact with venue availability. A reservation or request is not guaranteed unless confirmed according to the venue’s booking process. Each venue remains responsible for its own reservation policies, table availability, service conditions, cancellation handling, guest communication, and the final acceptance or rejection of booking requests where applicable.
Each venue listed on WellBooked is independently responsible for the accuracy of its content, the fulfillment of reservations, the quality of service provided, the availability of tables, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. WellBooked is not responsible for the conduct, products, services, or actions of venues, including reservation refusals, service issues, pricing disputes, cancellations, or guest experiences at the venue.
When using WellBooked, you agree to provide accurate reservation information, act lawfully and respectfully, and avoid misuse of the platform. You must not submit false bookings, impersonate another person, attempt to interfere with the operation of the platform, use automated means to scrape or access the service without authorization, or engage in conduct that harms venues, other users, or WellBooked.
Venues may apply their own reservation policies, including cancellation terms, arrival windows, no-show handling, seating rules, and service restrictions. By making a reservation or booking request through WellBooked, you acknowledge that your booking may be subject to the specific policies of the venue. It is your responsibility to review any venue-specific terms provided during the booking process.
If the platform allows you to submit reviews, ratings, feedback, profile information, or other content, you are responsible for the content you provide. You agree that your content will be accurate, lawful, non-defamatory, and not misleading. By submitting content through WellBooked, you grant WellBooked a non-exclusive right to host, display, process, and use that content for the operation, improvement, and promotion of the platform, subject to applicable law and our privacy practices.
Your use of the WellBooked platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected. WellBooked may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies, including tools such as Google Analytics, to understand how users interact with the platform, improve performance, support functionality, measure usage, and enhance the overall user experience.
The WellBooked platform, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, user interface, and other platform content, is owned by or licensed to WellBooked and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.
The WellBooked consumer experience may contain links to third-party websites, services, maps, payment flows, social platforms, or other external resources. WellBooked is not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party services, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
WellBooked may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the consumer platform at any time for maintenance, product improvement, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the WellBooked consumer platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WellBooked does not guarantee that venue listings, reservation outcomes, platform availability, guest experiences, or other content and services will always be accurate, complete, reliable, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellBooked will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, bookings, goodwill, revenue, or opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform. This includes issues relating to venue availability, reservation acceptance or refusal, service quality, venue conduct, third-party content, and temporary platform unavailability.
WellBooked may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk for other users or venues, or acted unlawfully. You may also stop using the platform at any time.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
