Understanding Booking Funnel Analytics
See conversion side by side for the Platform funnel and the Website funnel for the same 7, 30, or 90 day window.

Overview
Under Analytics, open Booking Funnel. The page loads two funnels: Platform Funnel and Website Funnel. Each funnel shows four stages: visitors (platform uses profile views; website uses booking-eligible sessions), booking CTA clicks, bookings requested, and bookings seated. Overall conversion rate appears where the data supports it, and a drop-off section highlights where the largest losses occur between stages. If website tracking is not ready, the website funnel may show a message that website tracking data is not available yet. The period selector matches other analytics pages (7d, 30d, 90d). Standard plan hides Analytics; Owner and Admin only.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Booking Funnel
In Analytics, select Booking Funnel.
Set the period
Choose 7d, 30d, or 90d in the header to align with the rest of your analytics review.
Read the Platform funnel
Start from profile views, then follow CTA clicks, bookings requested, and bookings seated. Note the conversion rate and drop-off callouts.
Read the Website funnel
The same stages apply, but the first stage is booking-eligible sessions on your site. If you see the unavailable state, finish website and tracking setup, then return.
Find the biggest drop-off
Prioritize fixes at the stage with the largest loss before tuning earlier or later steps.
Tips & Best Practices
Compare channels, not just totals
Side-by-side funnels make it obvious which channel needs creative or product fixes.
Treat website unavailable as a setup task
Resolve tracking or eligibility configuration rather than interpreting empty website funnels.
Combine with overview channel cards
Overview summarizes channels; the funnel shows the step-by-step story for the same era.
Operational reality affects seated
Low seated counts can follow high requests if capacity or approval patterns change; cross-check Bookings analytics.
