Viewing Invoices
Use Stripe's portal for general billing documents, and the Costs & Commission page for period invoices that split subscription and commissions.
Overview
You have two practical places to review charges. First, Owners open Open Billing Portal on the Subscription page to reach Stripe, where historical subscription invoices and payment methods are managed. Second, if your sidebar includes Costs & Commission (this appears for Pro; it is hidden for Standard plans in the manager navigation), open that page for Invoice History. The table lists each billing period with subscription amount, commission amount, number of commission guests, total, status, and an external link icon to open the Stripe invoice PDF or hosted invoice when a URL exists. You can expand a row when there are commission guests to load the list of completed bookings that contributed to that invoice. Above the table, KPIs and Current Period Usage summarize subscription versus platform and channel commission. Admins with access can view this page read only; Owners have full access.
