Managing Your Customers
Work from the customer list and detail panel tied to each place.
Video tutorial coming soon
Overview
Open the Customers section in the sidebar then click Customers. The page lists people who have booked your place (the empty state explains that records appear once bookings exist). Summary cards show totals by tier. You can search by name, phone, or email, filter by tier, and page through results. Selecting a row opens a detail sheet with contact information, member-since date, editable customer tier, editable private notes, lightweight analytics, and a chronological booking history. Notifications or links can deep-link with customerId or a search query in the URL so you land on the right profile.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Customers -> Customers
Pick your place, then open the Customers section and choose Customers.
Scan summary cards
Review counts for total customers and for each tier segment shown at the top.

Tips & Best Practices
Notes are operational, not marketing
Record service-relevant facts your team should see on the next visit.
Use tiers consistently
Agree internally what Preferred and VIP mean so tags stay meaningful.
Jump from analytics
Customer analytics pages can link back to this list when you need the full profile.
Keep profiles up to date after each visit
Update notes and tiers regularly so future interactions reflect the latest guest behavior.
