Video tutorial coming soon
Overview
In the manager app, open Web Site Visibility and select Settings. This screen controls your visual theme only layout template (Modern, Classic, or Minimal), brand colors (primary, background, text, accent, header, footer, and band background used behind quick actions and social sections), typography (font family), and an optional custom subdomain shown as `yourslug.wellbooked.app`. Your place name, phone, address, hours, hero photo, and menus are not edited here; those live under Profile.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Web Site Visibility -> Settings
Select your place, then in the sidebar open Web Site Visibility and click Settings (labeled "Web Site Settings" on the page).
Pick a template
Choose Modern, Classic, or Minimal. The UI applies your color and font choices on top of that layout style.
Set brand colors
Adjust primary, background, text, accent, header and footer backgrounds/text, and band background (used behind quick-action and "follow us" bands). Colors use hex values.
Choose typography
Select a font family from the dropdown (required).
Optional: custom subdomain
Enter a slug using only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens (max 63 characters). The preview shows your address as `slug.wellbooked.app`.
Tips & Best Practices
Do not look here for contact or address
Phone, location, and opening hours are under Profile. The publish checklist pulls from Profile and Content together.
Band color affects key strips
The band background sits behind prominent mid-page sections, pick a color that keeps buttons and text readable.
Preview after theme tweaks
Small color changes can have a big impact on contrast; always check Preview on desktop and mobile widths.
Keep colors and typography consistent
Use the same color palette and fonts across your site to maintain a clear and professional look.
