Overview
In the manager app, open the Subscription & Costs section in the sidebar, then Subscription. The page shows your current plan and billing interval when you already subscribe, a monthly or annual toggle for comparing prices, and two plan cards (Standard and Pro). Prices are shown excluding VAT. Standard is aimed at visibility, website and brand, guest engagement, floor layout and table requests, and team basics. Pro includes everything in Standard and adds full reservation operations (bookings, availability, floor service views), booking channels such as the booking widget and Google booking, discounts, customer database and intelligence, analytics, smart booking communication, and extra operational roles. Below the cards you will find Plan Details (side by side comparison) and a Pricing & Commission Policy section that explains per guest commission rules. Display prices may be driven by CMS content when your workspace is configured that way. Only Owners can start checkout or open Stripe to change plans; Admins can view the same page but cannot manage billing from here.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Subscription
In the sidebar, open Subscription & Costs, then Subscription.
Review your current plan
If you are subscribed, the Current Plan card shows Standard or Pro and whether you are on monthly or annual billing, plus the next billing date when available.
Switch monthly or annual to compare
Use the Monthly and Annual tabs above the plan cards. Annual may show a savings badge when it applies.
Read each plan card
Each card summarizes the plan and lists high level feature groups. Pro cards state that everything in Standard is included before listing Pro additions.
Open Plan Details
Scroll to Plan Details for a fuller comparison of what Standard and Pro cover.
Tips & Best Practices
Match the plan to daily operations
If you run request based reservations, table inventory, and staff on the floor, Pro is the tier that exposes those areas in the app.
Revisit when you grow
Teams that outgrow marketing only workflows usually move to Pro for bookings and customer data.
Owners handle plan changes
Ask a venue Owner to change plans or billing; Admins can read the comparison but cannot open the billing actions.
VAT is separate on screen
Listed subscription prices exclude VAT; invoices from Stripe will reflect tax according to your account.
