Video tutorial coming soon
Overview
Open Profile then click Images. The Images experience in the current manager is built around a main hero image and a photo gallery (up to a fixed maximum number of photos) with JPEG/PNG support and a 5 MB per-file size limit in the uploader. These assets feed guest-facing touchpoints with your Platform Visibility and Web Site work, treat this screen as the photo layer for the rest of your setup.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Images
In the left sidebar, select Profile then move to Images.
Upload the hero image
Set the single image that should lead your story, interior, signature dish, or key mood shot within the uploader's type and size rules.
Add gallery photos
Add supporting photos up to the maximum allowed, mixing atmosphere, room shots, and food and drink that represent what you want guests to expect.
Replace instead of piling on
Remove or swap weak shots; the gallery is for your best work, not every photo from a shoot.
Save and review in Platform / Web
After saving, check Platform Visibility then move to Preview and, if you use it, Web Site Visibility then click Preview to see how the hero and gallery read on real pages.
Tips & Best Practices
Lead with a single strong hero
One clear, inviting frame beats a busy collage in list and map views.
Respect the technical limits
Use JPEG or PNG, stay within the 5 MB limit, and re-export if the server rejects a file from a DSLR or phone.
