Booking Widget Settings
Choose the logo and primary color guests see in your embedded booking widget.
Overview
In the manager app, open Booking Widget and Settings. This screen only controls how the widget looks: a widget logo shown at the top of the flow and a primary brand color used for buttons and accents. It does not change reservation rules, availability, or table logic, those are configured elsewhere under Profile (for example Opening Hours and Tables). Logo changes apply when you upload or remove the image; after you change the color, use Save in the header.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Booking Widget and Settings
Select your place, then in the sidebar open Booking Widget and choose Settings (Widget Settings on the page).
Upload a widget logo
Use Upload Logo to add a square image (the product recommends at least about 200px, PNG or JPG). The logo appears at the top of the booking widget. You can Change or remove it later.
Set the brand color
Pick a primary color with the color picker or by typing a hex value (for example `#1a1a2e`). This drives buttons and interactive accents inside the widget.
Save color changes
After you edit the color, Save appears in the header, confirm to persist. Logo uploads save as part of the upload action.
Preview the result
Open Booking Widget and Preview to see the widget in desktop, tablet, and mobile frames. If the widget is not enabled yet, the app uses a secure preview token so you can still review appearance.
Tips & Best Practices
Match your brand, not your whole website theme
Widget colors are independent of Web Site Visibility theme settings, set them here so the embed matches the page where you paste it.
Use a readable logo
A simple, square mark reads best at small sizes at the top of the booking flow.
Adjust tables and hours before enabling
If the checklist on Publish is incomplete, fix Opening Hours and Tables under Profile first.
Permissions
Enabling or disabling the widget is restricted to roles with publish access on this page (typically owner/admin).
