Overview
Open Analytics, then Bookings. The page focuses on reservation outcomes, not marketing traffic. KPI cards cover bookings requested, confirmed, guest confirmed, seated, completed, cancelled, no-shows, rejected when applicable, guests served, total guests, average party size, cancellation rate, and no-show rate, each with a comparison to the prior period. Charts include a bookings-over-time trend and a stacked view of booking statuses by source, plus a table breaking down bookings by source. Use the same 7d, 30d, or 90d selector as other analytics pages. Standard subscription removes Analytics; only Owner and Admin can access this page.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Bookings analytics
From Analytics, choose Bookings.
Choose the period
Set 7d, 30d, or 90d to match the window you use on Overview or Funnel.
Scan volume and outcome KPIs
Review requested through seated and completed counts, cancellations, no-shows, and rejections alongside guest and party-size metrics.
Check rate cards
Use cancellation rate and no-show rate with volume to see whether problems are frequent or rare but costly.
Use the trend chart
Identify sustained shifts versus one-off spikes in booking activity across the period.
Tips & Best Practices
Define internal targets by source
Different sources may have acceptable different no-show or cancellation profiles.
Review after policy changes
Deposit rules, confirmation flows, or cutoff times often show up first in cancellation and no-show rates.
Pair with Availability
When requested bookings rise but seated stalls, verify slots and table configuration against demand.
Monitor booking lead time
See how early guests book across sources to better plan availability and reduce last-minute gaps.
