Adding Another Place
Submit a Request a new place form so another location can be linked to your account after review.

Overview
The manager app home (My Places) lists the places you already have. Adding another location is not an instant button inside the dashboard that creates a full venue by itself. Instead, use the Request a new place action (for example the + Request New Place control on the home view) while signed in. That opens a two-step flow: place contact phones (your name and email are taken from your account and are locked), then the new place's name, address, country, city, postal code, and map details. Submitting sends a registration request to WellBooked; you get an on-screen confirmation that the team will email you with next steps. Each approved place still needs its own profile, operations, and team setup afterward.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to My Places
Open the manager app home where your existing places are listed.
Start Request a new place
Choose Request a new place (labeled with a + Request New Place style button in the product).
Step 1: Place contact details
Confirm your first name, last name, and email from your profile (read-only). Enter the new place's primary phone and optional landline; these are specific to the new location, not copied from your user profile.
Step 2: Location and place name
Enter the new place's name, country, city, street address, postal code, and map position using the location step (including Google place selection where supported).
Submit the request
Send the form. On success you see a confirmation screen explaining that the request was received and that you will be contacted by email.
Tips & Best Practices
Accurate address and map pin
This reduces back-and-forth during review and matches how the place will appear to customers later.
Plan staffing per place
Each new location needs its own invitations if the same people should work there.
Do not expect an empty place to be customer-ready
Menus, hours, tables, and visibility settings are still your responsibility after the place exists in the account.
First place vs additional places
Your very first place may have been created through a different onboarding path; additional places for an existing account use this request flow.
