Overview
In the manager app, open the Analytics section and choose Overview. The period selector at the top applies to this page (and most other analytics pages): last 7, 30, or 90 days. Each main KPI card shows the value for the selected period and a comparison to the previous period of the same length. Below that, two channel cards summarize the Platform channel (profile views, booking CTA clicks, seated bookings, conversion rate) and the Website channel (booking-eligible sessions from your site, with the same click and booking metrics). Further down you can see booking source mix (bookings and guests by source) and a trend chart of bookings seated versus bookings requested over time. Note: on the Standard subscription plan the Analytics section is not shown; upgrade to access these reports. Only venue Owner and Admin roles can open Analytics; Bookings Manager and Waiter cannot.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Analytics Overview
In the left sidebar, open Analytics, then Overview. If you do not see Analytics, your venue may be on the Standard plan or your account role may not include access.
Choose the reporting period
Use the 7d, 30d, or 90d control in the header. All overview KPIs and charts refresh for that window and compare to the immediately preceding window of the same length.
Read the top KPI row
Review bookings seated, guests served, platform visitors, service requests, and average rating. Use the vs last period hint on each card to see direction of change.
Compare Platform and Website channels
Use the two channel cards to see how discovery and clicks on the WellBooked platform compare to booking-eligible traffic on your own website, and how each channel converts to seated bookings.

Tips & Best Practices
Keep period lengths consistent
Comparing 30d to 30d is easier to interpret than mixing 7d and 90d when you review week over week.
Pair overview with Bookings analytics
Use Bookings for status and source detail when overview numbers move unexpectedly.
Treat channel cards as directional
Website metrics depend on tracking setup; use Traffic and Booking Funnel for channel-specific detail.
Confirm access and plan
If Analytics is missing, check subscription tier and that you are signed in as Owner or Admin.
