Previewing Your Public Page
See exactly how customers will view your place on WellBooked before and after you publish.
Video tutorial coming soon
Overview
Platform Visibility and Preview loads your place's public page from the consumer app inside the manager, using a short-lived preview token so you can review drafts safely. Use it to validate content from Profile, check layout on different screen sizes, and once published, copy the public URL or open the live page in WellBooked.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Platform Visibility -> Preview
Select your place, then in the sidebar go to Platform Visibility then click Preview.
Wait for the preview to load
The page requests a preview token and loads an embedded view of your public page. If configuration fails, the app shows a preview error, your team may need to confirm preview settings for the manager environment.
Switch device frames
Use Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile controls (when available for your window size) to check spacing, imagery, and readability, not only on large screens.
Refresh after changes
Click Refresh to regenerate the preview token and reload the iframe after you update Basic Info, menus, images, or other Profile data.
Review like a customer
Confirm name, description, hours, location, pricing cues, menus, and images tell a coherent story and match how you operate.
Tips & Best Practices
Preview on mobile widths
Many customers browse on phones, use the mobile frame even if your team works on desktop.
Check published menus
Menus must be published to count toward going live; preview is a good moment to confirm the right menu is public-facing.
Iterate with Preview and Publish
You can preview whether or not you are published; use Publish only when the checklist is fully green.
Do not confuse with Web Site or Widget previews
Web Site Visibility and Booking Widget have their own preview pages for those products, not for the core WellBooked place page.
