Set up your venue and prepare your account for launch.
Use Profile then click Basic Info to define your place name, type, categories, and guest-facing contact details then finish address and price level on their own pages.
In Profile click Opening Hours, use the General tab for a weekly pattern and the Special tab for one-off or holiday exceptions.
Profile -> Tables is where you define each table, capacity, service area, and (when your plan supports it) QRs for table-based guest flows.
Profile Menu subsection is your hub for one or more menus, including scan-based menu creation, sections and items, and publish status.
Profile -> Virtual Tour is where you create tours, upload panoramas, and publish a tour to the guest experience.
Profile then click Images is where you set a hero image and a photo gallery, with on-screen validation for size and file type.
The app calls this Layout: build one or more plans, place your tables, and choose which layout is active. Use Floor View under Bookings for live status.
Profile and QR Codes covers WiFi, link hub, menu, and public website QRs. Table-specific guest QRs are managed from Profile and Tables when that feature is turned on for your place.
