Managing Website Content
Control the copy, logo, and optional sections customers see on your hosted WellBooked website.
Overview
Web Site Visibility -> Content is where you manage website-specific branding and text: place logo (header and map pin), welcome message and website description for the hero, about text and optional about image, up to 10 specialties (each needs title, description, and image to be saved), and two toggles menu preview and ratings preview for the landing page. The hero image itself is not uploaded here; the app directs you to Profile -> Images for that.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Web Site Visibility -> Content
Select your place, then Web Site Visibility -> Content (Website Content in the UI).
Upload or replace your place logo
Add a square logo suitable for the header (the UI recommends about 200px or larger). Remove or change it from the same card.
Complete the hero section
Enter an optional welcome message (length-capped in the app). Add a website description, this appears in the hero, feeds meta description / SEO, and should mention cuisine and city as hinted in the product. Set the hero image under Profile -> Images.
Fill in About
Write about copy for the landing page story. Optionally upload an about image alongside the text.
Add specialties (optional)
Use Add Specialty for up to 10 items. Each saved specialty must include title, description, and image; incomplete rows are highlighted until all three are provided.
Tips & Best Practices
Write the website description for search
The UI notes it appears in hero, meta description, and search, include cuisine and city naturally.
Menu preview needs cover art
Without a menu cover image, that menu will not appear in the landing-page menu preview strip.
Ratings block is conditional
The ratings summary only makes sense when you have published reviews; the toggle controls visibility on the landing page.
Keep Profile and Content in sync
Customers see one combined site; outdated Profile data (hours, phone) undermines strong website copy.
